Eric pedal's like his life depends on it, which it does but... a truck going 50, is a truck going 50. there is a crunch as the trucks front bumper catches the rear wheel, all motion on the bike stops in an instant and Eric's momentum carries him forward into the handlebars, the last thing Eric see's is the truck's tyre just before everything goes black.
