It seems she's a lesbian, and is infamous among her peers for having wandering hands. Overall it seems she's less moralistic than the others, and it's not out of the question that a temptress could persuade her to betray the others by appealing to her lust. You may or may not have used that approach, but whether that has any bearing on what you do to her now is up to you.
