Pair off

The four sat around the coffee table.

"Well, that was fun," said William. "It's a shame though, you know, it's obvious Cindy and Lucy are really attracted to each other."

"They are?" asked Rande.

"Of course. They find each other very sexy. They would both just love to make out and feel each other up. Pretty obvious if you ask me."

Cindy and Lucy blushed and smiled.

"It's OK, you two make out on the couch, and Rande and I will talk business in the study."

Rande and William got up as the women went to the couch they were hesitant at first, but soon were making out and feeling up each other's breasts.

Rande and William went to the study. "Now, Rande," said William. "Your daughter is 17, and already a model, so she'll be moving out soon, and this house is way to big for an empty nest couple."

"That's true," said Rande.

"Of course it is. You know you can trust me and I don't lie. All of my advice is great. Now, I'm thinking the best thing for you two...this house is paid off, right?"

"Yes."

"Good, you sign the house over to me. That will save you the hassle of selling it and all the crap that comes with that."

"Yeah, that sounds good."

"Then you and Cindy find a nice condo or townhouse near the beach. Since you're downsizing, you leave all the furniture and appliances here unless any of the furniture is a family heirloom."

"No, it's all pretty new."

"Great, so you two start packing up your clothes and personal belongings, and get a lawyer to draw up the transfer papers, and since I'm doing you a favor, you can pay the fees."

"That's only fair," said Rande.

The two men shook hands and went back to the living room. They found Cindy on her back on the couch with Lucy on top of her with her hand up Cindy's shirt. They were french kissing.
