Out the window

Well Max unless you want a wife I would think of getting out of here fast. She then grabs her robe "Coming mom just a minute!"

I get dressed as Olivia open the door and invited her mother in. With their backs to me, I make my way over to the door. No good i can't work the lock so i make my way back to the bedroom. Looking around i see a window that i think will work. it's about 6 feet off the floor so I should be able to survive a fall out of it.

Opening it i look out and see a flower bush that I should be able to land behind to cover me escape. Opening it wide enough I start squeezing through when you had to guess,Olivia's mother decides she had to come into the bedroom to get something

"Max there's a strange man crawling out your bedroom window" She screams causing me to loose my balance and go out and fall on my head. Dazed i lay there for a few seconds,giving her enough time to come out,phone in her hand "Yes 911 i need the police at 1414 Dunbar Street strange man just fell out of me daughter's bedroom window!"
