What's next?
Out of the river and trying to out run the man.
Anna pulls Eve, stumbling along, behind her across the river. The minute they are out of the water, Even regains much of her footing, and feeling her sister's urgency, begins to run as fast as she can.
Hand in hand, the girls put as much distance between themselves and the man crossing the river as they can. Anna risks a look back, seeing that the river is a long way's behind them now, with the man only now reaching their side of the water.
With a long head start, Anna knows that her and Eve need to come up with a plan, either seek out some place they can hide, or try to out run the man.
As if hearing Anna's thoughts, Eve pants, "Not sure how," a pause as she inhales, "long I can run," She finishes.
Hide, or hope to out run the man?
