Opening the manila folder, Voltage found that it contained documents related to a supervillain codenamed Scorpion.

The project was headed by a Dr. Sinnsyk, who had created a formula for boosting testosterone output to insane levels. It details a screening process for potential candidates, with height, strength, arrogance, and misogyny being highly sought after traits. The chosen candidate was a neo-nazi biker named Daniel Greene. There are pictures in the file detailing his treatments. The steroid not only made him a hulk of a man, but it also gave him increased speed and reaction time.

In terms of equipment, the villain had wrist-mounted crossbows (presumably where he got his code-name). The file also documented his training with them, showing he could use them with deadly accuracy.

However, he was by no means a perfect soldier. The documents recounts his complete lack of control over his temper as well as his disregard for his own safety. Additionally, he was not the smartest villain out there, being outsmarted during training on multiple occasions.

This was all good information, and Rahmi made sure she added all of it to her personal records. Putting the manilla folder back where she found it, the young hero plotted her next move.
