One Year Later

It's a typical morning in the Emiya household. Present company includes Taiga Fujimura, of course, along with Tohsaka Rin, Illya, Liz, and Rider. Thanks to some wrangling on Rin's part, you've been able to stay with Rider for a while longer. She even found a pair of glasses for her, so you can finally see the beauty of Rider's eyes without having to worry about turning to stone.

Taiga has finally stopped her advances after you and Rider told her that you loved each other. It was hard for Taiga, but she understood. Rin continues in schooling, her understanding of magecraft growing to that of a Master. Illya and Liz practically live with you now. They won't go back to the Castle because "It's too scary." Illya says. She won't say more about the matter, and you don't press her.

There are many adventures ahead, and a brave new path to explore in the relationship between Shirou and Rider. But that is a story for another time.
