On duty

What the hell am I doing you think to yourself. I'm a police officer on duty.

'I can't do this I'm afraid Dick. Just remembered I need to go to the garage'

'The garage?' he asks inquisitively

'Yes someone has reported a break in. Probably nothing but I should check it out. I'll see you later.'

With that you turn and leave Dick with his trousers round his ankles and head out of the toilets.
