I had taken a moment to think. I hadn't done this since I had gotten my powers and it allowed me to gain some perspective on everything that had been happening. I had been on sex craze autopilot for the past 6? 12? hours? How long ago did I talk to Golthuem? Regardless, I needed to slow down slightly. Maybe slow down wasn't the right word, maybe I needed to focus. What did I want from this Omniverse?

I wanted adventure. I wanted to explore fictional and fantastical worlds as well as crazy versions of Earth while having sex and being as much of a badass as I could manage. I was officially unfuck-withable. Adventures would be meaningless without focus though. Someone died? Reset the world. Didn't like a choice I made? Reset the world and change it. No. I could spend 1000 years perfecting a 2 minute conversation and I would surely die of boredom or madness or both. I needed structure in these worlds. I also needed to stick with them and allow bad things to happen.

I feel like I need to offer some more help here. I know, I said I would leave you to your thoughts but I am literally this whole world so... deal with it.

What can you offer?

Go create an identical portal to Earth.

I did that and stood before it.

Go to the backside of the portal.

There was a big menu screen. I hadn't seen this before.

It wasn't there before. I just added it for you. I figured some of these things might help if you are planning on using this like an adventure platform. These settings are also toggleable so you can have fun when you want to. It just sounded like you wanted some limitations while you were in the worlds and this can provide that. The menu wasn't big but it solved a lot of my problems. I could set rules for the world from the outset. Permadeath was there, if I die in the world my soul is deposited back here and the world is deleted behind me. I could prevent splits and I could prevent resetting by locking myself in until I died. The start time and location of my portal into the world acted like a seed that the 'save' would be based on. I could choose how powerful my Mindslaver abilities were too, from full power to no powers at all. Obviously I could apply whatever boons I wanted to myself before entering and then be at the mercy of the elements within. Finally there was an immersion setting with 3 different modes, Outsider, Embedded, and Immersed.

Outsider would drop me into the world as I am now. No connections to anyone and no place in the world initially. I could simply watch what happens or I could take part.

Embedded would provide me with a backstory and I would have memories of that backstory in the world. I would still be aware of my powers as the Mindslaver and as a Planeswalker but I would not be Eric Longhouse as I am now in those worlds. This backstory could be determined before hand or randomized.

Immersed would be very intense. I would be a character in the world with no knowledge of my life as the Mindslaver. I would still have my powers that I went in with, but I would not remember having them. If I wanted to use powers I would have to figure them out from scratch. This backstory too could be written before hand. This would be really fun for starting in really bad conditions and seeing how well I could do without my powers. I would also have to live out an entire life in this setting and my drawbacks would still exist.

I still had a problem though. "What's stopping me from starting a new world 10 minutes before someone dies and saving them?"

Chaos is stopping that. Universes are incredibly chaotic and the initial conditions are important, would you really be able to walk on all the same atoms that you did the first time? Move at precisely the right moments like you did the first time? Events you were expecting would unravel and new events would take their place. You can make identical universes to your hearts content but you are still an imperfect mostly mortal being that cannot perfectly repeat your actions and the worlds around you will act accordingly.

I can never repeat adventures?

Never perfectly.

That actually helps me out. I won't worry about that then. Alright well my old life sort of dropped away then. I could return whenever I wanted so why not try something new? I thought about different worlds I could create when something hit me. I didn't know about enough worlds. I watched Game of Thrones a little bit... I watched the Christopher Nolan Batman Movies... and my daughters watched some CW shows growing up that I saw walking by but never actually watched. I needed culture. I needed to grow up again as a nerd.

I quickly created a new version of Earth. I set the immersion to Embedded so I would have a proper backstory. I turned permadeath off, I made it so that only 1 in 1000 men could actually get hard. They would be considered alphas and the others would be betas. Girls would keep betas as workers while they would either try to court an alpha or enjoy a lesbian relationship, which was preferable and more accepted than being with just a beta.

I added a line that I would be an alpha just in case Embedded threw me into the pool of betas. I also made it so that boys were treated well by girls in school before they were tested, just in case they ended up being alphas. Finally, I made it so alphas were not always obvious. It didn't have any correlation to intelligence or strength or anything like that. It was a purely random 1 in a 1000. I made women more attractive on average and I made my family consist of 2 moms, and two older twin sisters in college. I randomized their looks. I also removed my powers completely. I figured being an alpha in this world would provide me with enough power and I was really interested in watching shows and reading books in this world so I could build better worlds. This universe was for research not building a harem. On that point I decided to make it so that alphas weren't expected to do anything professionally or academically.

I set the time and location for my 18th birthday at 6am at home and the portal sprung to life. I applied Tireless Servant, Immortality, and made my cum production a bit higher than normal and I made myself insanely fertile. I said goodbye to my abilities and jumped on in.
