Offer a compromise

Your mind is buzzing with the implications of this first test. Mr. Carter's questionable actions are not really your problem, but you know that Ms. Naylor and a good proportion of teachers (and for that matter the board) are looking for a reason to abort this experiment. It really doesn't matter much to you either way, but the Colonel assigned you this mission because he thought you'd help this elite academy - Damn!

"Ok, thank-you for taking the time to put your recollections down on paper before we start this process." You send the older girl, Grace, to join her sister on the couch and leave Mr. Carter in your chair. "Anyone who wants to say anything will get a chance, but from your notes it looks clear that you two," you point at the pair with the rolled up sheets in your hand, "vandalized Mr. Carter's cottage."

"Sir?" Grace raises her hand like she's in a classroom. "I just wanna say that Sally here, really didn't want to do it." Well, if there is any doubt in your mind about whether to believe the added account about Grace offering to give Mr. Carter a hand job, the girl just pretty much confirmed her sister's statement.

"I'll keep that in mind," You tell her not unkindly; this kind of loyalty should not be ignored. It is a wonder that Mr. Carter had been able to resist the temptation of this slender-hipped redhead. With her pretty face, long smooth legs and small breasts that push against her sleeveless top, this perky redhead is many man's fantasy, and to have her offer herself-

"OK, anything else?"

"What about Mr. Carter telling us to take off our shirts?" This time it is Sally who speaks. Her voice is even softer and sweeter than her sister's. You turn to look at the man sitting behind your desk but he just stares at the desk in front of him in silence, only the pulsing at his temple gives any indication that he knows this could be very bad.

"Well yes, I believe there were a number of poor decisions made today. What I'd like to suggest is a way to resolve this situation before it gets blown out of proportion." You see Mr. Carter's head jerk upwards in surprise and the two girls exchange hopeful looks. You show the code of conduct to the sisters letting them read what the book says about their misdemeanor.

"Oh no!" Sally starts to tear up again, "Don't call our parents, please."

"Well, if you and Grace agree to the stipulated punishment, I believe Mr. Carter and I will be willing to drop the matter without further complications."
