"No,I'm not leaving you here to die Pat" Wex replied.
Pat held Wex's shoulder firmly as he replied, "Wex, I can die happily,knowing that you made it out alive. Do this for me.For everyone who's been on this ship for all these years"
"I cant" replied Wex,reduced to tears,sobbing a lot.
"U have to" Pat said as he felt life leaving him. "Do this for me".
Suddenly, the ship started detonating in rapid sucession, increasing the explosion,with each detonation.
"Have to get out right now"thought Wex,as he looked at where the escape pods where located on the ship.
Does he escape?
