Kenji watched Dr. Sugimoto close the door behind her and let out a sigh. He had been married to his high school sweetheart for the past four years. He had never sex with anyone but his wife, let alone be naked in front of another woman. Now he had feelings and thoughts he never had before in front of these busty, beautiful women!

His train of thought was suddenly disrupted by a light knock on the door.

"Mr. Kataoka? May I come in?" Nurse Ai politely asked.

"Yes, of course," Kenji answered nervously, standing up from his seat. They exchanged slight bows when she entered the examination room.

"Dr. Sugimoto told me to help you collect semen samples," the young nurse cheerfully informed him as she gestured to the hall. "Please follow me, Mr. Kataoka."

"Yes, nurse." Kenji could not help but stare at Ai's swaying hips as she lead him down to the door at the end of the hall. She opened the door for him and bowed slightly.

Kenji stepped into the small barren room -- there was nothing except for a flat screen television hanging on one of the walls at eye level, a wheeled stool, a plush leather chair, and a small table with a remote control, a stack of porn magazines, a bottle of hand lotion, and a box of facial tissue.

She handed him a small plastic sample jar. "Please fill it up as much as possible, Mr. Kataoka," Nurse Ai giggled. "If you need anything I will be right outside." She bowed and closed the door.

Kenji stared at the door then turned to look at the television and the magazines.
