When you both return to the tavern, you both disband from each other, retiring quickly to your rooms to get away from the awkward silence that had built between of you during your walk back. There's no denying Maple's love, or maybe lust, for you, but there's no fluidity or anything other than sex. Your mind swims in thoughts, but less on the pleasure, but instead on the shallow end of your relationship with Maple...

You stare blankly at the ceiling until your body finally gives way and drifts off to sleep; there you finally gather your thoughts together and start dreaming about nonsense. Delilah is there and so is Maple, but they are doing what you expect them to do in a dream.

In the morning, you go to the bounty board and see if you somehow missed something. While looking over the board, you spot a few things that catch your attention. You aren't going to be picky about what you choose, which good because there are some slim picking out here today... Should you choose one of the contracts or try to make things better with Maple?
