Not much

You pull up in the driveway of Nicole's house. On the front porch, you look under the welcome mat, finding the spare house key. Once inside, the two of you head for the kitchen, where you say "Do you feel like some ice-cream?"

Much to your relief, Nicole finally smiles. "Sounds good to me."

You open her freezer, finding some vanilla ice-cream. Once you serve it out, the two of you eat in awkward silence. Still, the comfort food seems to be having the exact effect you wanted it to. You finish before Nicole, but wait for her. When she's done, you ask "So what now?"

"You know, I'm kinda tired. Could we call it a night."

"Sure. Want me to stay?"

"Yeah, I'd kinda like that."

"No problem. Does your dad still have that sleeping bag?"

"Yeah."

"Cool. I'll go grab it."

You begin the familiar journey to the sleeping bag, having slept over at Nicole's place before. In her room, you find Nicole already laying in bed. After placing the sleeping bag down, you ask "Ready to go to sleep?"

"Yeah."

"Alright. Night Nicole."

"Goodnight John."
