How do the doctors go?

Not good news

The doctor became more and more distressed, the more he flipped through documents and notes, looking at our medical records online. There was a long amount of silence, where I assume the doctor tried to find anything to say. Me and Sam were both there, awaiting for results from all the tests they made you do. I guess they need to when its something as peculiar as this.

"Well." the doctor finally spoke up, causing us both to straighten our backs. I still couldn't find the confidence to look him in the eye. He knew I was deprived of my manhood, and what's worse he knows my girlfriend got a whole lot of it. I kept glancing to the big bulge in Sam's shorts, wincing.

"The results are back. I'm not exactly sure what to tell you, but you are both perfectly healthy in every way. The major difference being opposite sexual organs than you were born with. We've never had a case like this before, so there's not much I can tell you. What I can say, though, is that you are both fully functional in that department.

My face got red with embarrassment and fear. "Fully functional? What's that mean?"

The doctor looked distressed and tried to find a way to break this to you. "Well, in the case of Sam here it means that her sex organ is completely in line with that of a male. She creates her own sperm and semen, and as far as we can tell she us fertile."

"Fertile? So she can get someone pregnant?" I asked, shocked, thinking about the implications for you.

The doctor nods. "Likewise, you, Mark, have fully functioning female processes. I was amazed to find that you actually have a womb and uterus as well, it seems you are a completely natural girl. Fertile as well." he spoke very nonchalantly for the topic that we were on.

All the blood rushed out of my face. "So I can get... Pregnant?" I gulped.

"Yes, Mark. And I regret to inform you that, as far as medical science is concerned, all we can do for you is help monitor your bodies and make sure everything goes well in the transition."

You and Sam look at each other, as you realize you are both permanently stuck like this.

How is coping?
