Chapter 6 by jk89 jk89

Does anything happen on the run?

Nope, just a good workout

A half hour later, you turn back onto your street for the last half mile of your run. The sun is gaining strength and your sweat is causing your shirt to cling to your body.

A quarter of a mile to go. Your breathing is heavy and your legs burn as you push yourself to your limits, pumping your arms and legs up the last incline that stands between you and your home. Hitting the crest of the hill, you allow yourself to jog the last hundred yards to your house, lifting the bottom of your shirt to wipe the sweat from your face and slowing your breathing. You climb the steps to your front door and let yourself in.

What now?
