Non friendly fauna.... big non friendly fauna

Marcus looks around himself as he tries to figure out the best course of action he notices something large charging towards him, the beast looks like a large black tiger but as it get closer Marcus can see it is as large as an elephant and the thumping he can feel through the ground confirms the size of the beast. Marcus immediately starts to run in the other direction, heading towards a forest made entirely of gigantic trees, the trees are thick most a few meters wide at the least and all form a canopy of branches and leaves high up in the air with vines wrapping around their trunks and hanging from the branches.
