Mike decided to push his luck and trailed his hand down to Anna’s breast.

“What in goodness sake do you think you’re doing!” Anna shouted as she jumped up off the couch, “You know I’m saving myself for marriage!”

“I’m sorry honey, I don’t know what came over me, it’s just that after seeing you like that earlier today-“

“That’s it! If you try and blame me for your actions,” she said angrily jabbing at Mike’s chest, “then you can leave right now! We’ll speak about this on Monday.”

Knowing there was no way out of this Mike slunk out of the door, angry at himself for upsetting the person he trusted the most in the world.

He spent Sunday worried that he had ruined a relationship because of his lack of control. He knew how strict she was about saving herself.

He also tried to figure out what could have happened to Anna to ruin all her clothes and mess up her makeup like that in the prison. It couldn’t have been the prisoners, because they were all violent offenders and as such would have been tied up the entire time, as the school had organized. It must have happened on the way out as she was being searched, Mike thought to himself. The women searching her must have accidently damaged her clothes and then Anna was so upset she broke down in tears.

Mike waited nervously at the gate of the school for Anna. As soon as she saw him she glared at him and strode straight past him. He hung his head and decided to wait until recess to try and talk to her, as they both had a free period afterwards.

At recess he caught her coming out of her class. She turned the other way and began marching away. Mike quickly gave chase.

“Anna, I’m so sorry about Saturday, it was all my fault and I promise I’ll never look at you or touch you in that way again until we’re married,” Mike rushed out in one breath as he tried to keep up behind her. Anna came to a stop.
