Thankfully there was no one on the street, for the moment there were no cars either. It was now or never. Taking a deep breath Rebeca took one step out of the backyard and quietly let the gate close behind her. She took a moment to breathe and allow her nerves to calm as best they could. Then being very careful to keep everything covered she began walking around towards the front of the house. She made sure to stay as close to the house as possible, since the bushes that surrounded the home could provide cover if anyone were to suddenly appear.
