The day at work passes by painfully slowly. You urge the clock with your eyes to make it five pm.

When five pm eventually comes around you make your way to your car and grab some 'Drive Through' fast food on your way home. By the time you get home it is very dark outside and a storm is brewing. As you get out of your fancy sports car you notice your bedroom window is open.

"Hmm I'm sure I didn't leave that window open" you say to yourself.

You unlock your front door and enter your house. The house is very dark, you flip the light switch in the hallway, but nothing happens. Frowning, you enter the kitchen and try the light switch there. Again there is no response. Sighing deeply to yourself you go back into the hall and grab the torch (or flash light to the Americans out there) you keep on the table by the front door. Flicking it on to check the battery, you turn towards to the basement door when you hear movement from upstairs.
