No Underwear, No Pants, and the Rest Size-Restricted

In this selection, Cassie is not allowed to wear underwear or pants under any circumstances. Additionally the rest of her wardrobe is restricted to only covering certain parts of her body. Her skirts must be at least 2 inches above the knee at all times. Shorts cannot be any longer than six inches at the waist and must be even around the legs/hips. Shirts cannot be any longer than one inch below the groin at any time. Sweaters are restricted on the same ground shirts are. Bikinis can only be worn by themselves unless it is footwear, and can only be low rise Brazilian-style. Footwear is not restricted other than they cannot cover her thighs unless they are stockings.

Now comes the question of where is Cassie to start the story. Is she at college finishing off her last two years at a new school? Is she working? Is she on vacation?
