Old Rule: The rulebook, along with the pencil will disappear when no longer needed. The rulebook will also appear, whenever Nina Grant requires.

Old Rule: The only way the rulebook can fall into the hands of anyone, who isn't Nina Grant, is if Nina personally chooses a successor.

Old Rule: To choose a successor, you must physically hand them the book.

Old Rule: The Rule book is indestructible.

Satisfied with her work, Nina closed the rulebook, which disappeared along with the pencil and sipped her tea.
