Nick goes next door

"If you think it's okay, I'll head over and ask." Nick said.

Brian nodded, "They would hate it if you didn't. That's Fidelity hospitality."

Nick chuckled, "Well, alright, you seem like a swell bunch here, take good care of Jessie for me tonight."

Nick left, heading next door.

"Your wife won't have a problem with this, right?" Jessie confirmed, a little nervous about how quickly this had been arranged. "And what if Nick can't stay next door?"

"Don't worry, Jessie, everything's fine. If they send him back, I'll eat my hat."

Nick walked up to the door of the house next door and rung the doorbell. He hoped it wouldn't be too awkward.
