Next week with a new patient.

Even though Dr. Sugimoto was a gynecologist most of her patients at her clinic were men since she was also an urologist and a sex therapist, but mostly the latter as she had practiced a very unorthodox method of helping her male patients with their sexual issues with sex with either her nurses or herself. However, her clinic did have female patients but often with their husbands when dealing with the couples were trying to get pregnant or consulting to improve their sex life. Occasionally though the clinic would have female patients come in by themselves.

"Welcome to Dr. Sugimoto's Fertility Clinic," Nurse Koyanagi greeted Mari with a bow when she entered the office. "Have you been here before?"

"Um, no. This is my first time" Mari answered. "I have an appointment at two."

"You must be Mrs. Osano. I am Nurse Ai Koyanagi. Please fill out these forms," the young nurse asked, handing her a clipboard. "Please have a seat, Mrs. Osano." She bowed slightly while gesturing at the chairs in the empty waiting room.

The young woman sat down and filled out the medical insurance paperwork. When she was down, Mari smiled when she handed the forms back to Ai.

"Arigato gozimasu," the young nurse bowed her head slightly when she took the paperwork. "Please follow me to Examination Room Three, Mrs. Osano."

Mari nodded and followed the busty nurse down the hall. Ai opened the door to Examination Room Three and bowed slightly. "Please have a seat, Mrs. Osano. The doctor will be with you in a minute."

"Arigato," thanked Mari.

The young nurse smiled and closed the door behind her.

Mari looked around the sparse examination room -- there was an examination table with stirrups, a wheeled stool, a plush leather chair, a cupboard and drawers with medical supplies, and medical posters of the male and female reproductive organs on the walls. She was surprised to see a poster illustrating the various Kama Sutra positions but then she remembered the doctor was a sex therapist. She studied the various sexual positions and imagined she and her husband performing something other than their usual missionary position.

But before her hand could wander down to her crotch, there was a light knock on the door.
