Negative Rule it is

Katy sighs and decides she may as well write a negative rule... it likely had to be bad for her. Katy would think on this for a moment before writing down a new rule

Negative New Rule: Females are seen as secondary citizens, while they are free by nature if they break the law they can be sold in to the custody of a male owner instead of jail time. This only effects those 18 and older.

Katy sighs and can hear the TV in the coffee shop suddenly turn up as the staff notice something being broadcast

"Again, breaking news as the world governments come to an agreement to change their laws as a whole. Putting decades of womens rights down the drain in a historic decision to classify them as second rate citizens, as of today any female citizen caught breaking any law can be arrested and sold as property to any man that can afford her bail." The female news anchor says

"Right you are on that, apparently they are sold according to their crimes, ownership of them lasts for a time appropriate to their crime as well. any property of the female become property of the owner till they are free from the ownership, yeah I do not see that being abused at all" a male newscaster says "well we will have to see how this goes, my bet is it lasts a few days before there are riots"

Katy nods to herself, she doubts the world will put up with that change to easily.
