Nate Becomes Nadia, the Cybergoth Shemale

It was right around when Nate was showing Rachel some female superhero she had never heard of before (again, she wasn't too familiar with comic books) when she noticed that his clothing was starting to change. His "Star Trek" T-shirt lost the picture of the USS Enterprise on the front, becoming nothing but black, then changed material, something inky. It wasn't until it changed shape that Rachel realized what it was - a corset, a black vinyl corset. What Rachel assumed was Nate's bra then expanded into a black nylon shirt. His jeans then split into two. The top part transformed into a black miniskirt. The bottom part transformed into purple fuzzy legwarmers. Until that last part, Rachel thought that Nate was just becoming a Goth. But now, it was clear that he was becoming a cyber-goth instead. His sneakers changed into black platform industrial boots. But just like earlier, Nate didn't seem to notice that anything had changed. He just kept on going on about the comic he was showing her.

Moving on to the final portion of the comic book store, Nate still continued to change. Fishnets formed around his exposed pale legs, a spiked collar appeared around his neck, and his glasses turned into sunglasses. Nate moved his sunglasses up so they rested on his head, then continued to explain the store's merchandise to Rachel. A second later, the sunglasses transformed into a pair of goggles, with markings of what looked like a purple circle with both an arrow and a plus sign coming off of it. Wait, didn't that mean ...?

And then, after a number of purple and blue dread-falls appeared in Nate's hair, the changes stopped. But ... Nate didn't look fully female. Could it be that ...?

"Nate?" Rachel ventured.

The cybergoth turned towards her and looked annoyed. "Rachel. I've told you before. My name is Nadia. I know Nate is my given name, but I've never liked it. It just doesn't fit ... me, ya know?"

Well, that settled it, it seemed. Her spell didn't turn Nate into a girl. It turned him into a shemale! What terrible luck Rachel had! It really seemed to her that she'd finally get the chance to have another lesbian in her life, but no. It had to be a girl with a dick instead!

"Okay, I think we've wasted enough time in here. You ready to go now?" Nadia asked.

"More than ever," Rachel said. Apparently, Nadia wasn't quite as fond of this comic book store as she was before her changes. She walked to the door and sighed. "Okay, let's get back to the campus."

"Campus? Why the hell would we go there?" Nadia asked, confused.

"Because you wanted to finish your school work in your dorm room?"

"Rachel. I don't go to school there. You do," Nadia said, walking over to her. "Kat mentioned something about you acting strange, about forgetting things. She's worried about you and so am I."

Not having memories of the newest reality was really getting frustrating. "Sorry, I guess I got confused. I didn't get much sleep last night." She opened the door, about to leave.

"Bye, Nadia," Larry said, not looking up from his comic book.

"Yeah, sure, bye," she said, on her way out.

It seemed that Nadia wasn't all that interested in comics (at least, as much as before), so Rachel wondered what reason she had (in this new reality) to be hanging out there with Rachel tonight.

"So, why don't you go to the college again?" Rachel asked, as they walked.

"You know how conservative that place is," she complained. "You really think they'd allow someone like me to go there?" Rachel assumed that she was talking about being transgender and not a cybergoth. But being a cybergoth too probably didn't help. Though, if Rachel managed to change reality enough, then maybe down the road sometime, Nadia may end up being a student at the college again.

"So, uh, where are we going?" Rachel asked. If they weren't headed back to campus, then where?
