Natalie helps Alexa as they run.

“Grab onto my neck and don’t let go,” Natalie whispered.

Alexa obeyed and Natalie lifted her up and began to ran directly to the right. She kicked and pushed her way through the crowd which she succeeded at as she pushed and ran. Alexa’s belongings were tight in her hand as she ran with Alexa on her back. They ran all the way to Alexa’s car.

Alexa climbed in and Natalie grabbed her keys and quickly started the ignition. As soon as the engine was on, Natalie stepped on the gas and drove away. The crowd stopped chasing and let Natalie pass as she drove. “Alexa, where do you live?”

“8254 Sunny Brooke lane,” Alexa said.

Natalie shook her head. “That’s not going to work. I’ll bring you to my place. I promised I would help you, and I’m gonna do it.”

Alexa nodded as Natalie drove down the road and made a few turns. Natalie pulled into a long driveway and kept driving as she approached a gate.

Natalie rolled down the window and pushed a few buttons and then the gate opened. Natalie continued driving down the driveway. Alexa’s jaw dropped as she saw a really big house. A mansion.

“Y-you live here?” Alexa gasped.

“Well my parents did. But they gave it to me and left the country,” Natalie said. “It can be a bit much, but is perfect for times like this when you need to escape.

Alexa nodded. “So uh... now what?”
