The history of The Void

More on the Elementals

The Elementals are truly immortal asexual beings who serve as the stewards of the Void.

As previously mentioned the True Elemental deities: Vayu, Tejas, Jal and Prithvi are representative of the classical elements and they have their own lesser servants, the Nymphs who maintain the individual conditions on the islands according to their whimsy, the Nymphs are:

For Vayu, the Sylph, summoners of wind and storms, that look like fey folk when they manifest, their Deity Vayu itself appears with flowing robes of white and hair that waves as if in wind, gently when calm, violently when angered.

For Tejas, the Ifrit, summoners of heat and fire, that appear as fiery horned beastmen, Tejas itself manifests as a being with fiery hair and eyes with a bared chest of red skin and simple wrap skirt of red silk.

For Jal, The Naiad, summoners of rain and guardians of pure water, they appears much as the greek Nymphs from which I take their names, their deity Jal appears as a mer person with hair of flowing water.

For Prithvi, The Sidhe, Diminutive creatures resembling beautiful children, their deity Prithvi appears like a Dryad with flowing locks of flowering vine, green eyes and earthy complexion.

The other Elemental deities, Aether, Nyx, Hemera, Yang and Yin do not have agents within the Void and even more rarely appear before mortals. When they do though the take the following appearances.

Hemera is described as being radiant and fair haired while its rival Nyx does not reveal its face for its appearance is so awe inspiring that those who chance to look upon it risk losing their very lives to its beauty.

Yang and Yin are mirror images of each other both equally as beautiful as the other with Yang having darker features than it's brother Yin, such as hair and dress.

Aether itself has an ordinary appearance seeming like any human or elf of average looks and features.
