Misunderstanding

Mei rong was shocked looking at the wooden gate .if it was iron eater wood .would'nt that change everything she had been thinking about this now .

She had thought ling tong was mortal at first .But than how he escaped safely from that forest made her think differently . instead of taking a straight route he ran in a roundabout way .He was carrying her too .she had wondered why he would give her signs to piggyback ride him .But she had **** so she followed .using the 'light as though feather' skill she decreased weight of herself.when she saw him traversing dangerous areas of various beasts .she again thought she had made wrong choice .But than nothing happened and mortal crossed beast territory at turtle 's pace .No beast attacked him .

All the way her mind was divided between .whether he is mortal or not .when he stopped by earthen liquid tree .she finally decided .he was cultivator too .after all there was reason its fruits were called 'bird sap fruit' Because beast specially in bird category liked to drink from these fruits .That fruit was fastest way to recover stamina .

That tree would normally be protected by rank 4 bird beasts .but no such beast attacked.that confused her too .afterall if these mortal was stronger than her or some hidden master .why was he running so slowly .and when she thought how he was carrying her .it was as though all her questions were answered.
