The plant reacted instantly, releasing its grip on Miss Patriot’s body and recoiling.

“NOOOOOO!!!! STOP!!!” Lady Skye roared and was about to attack Robin for hurting her plant when the detective turned and pointed the sprayer at her, stopping Lady Skye in her tracks. The eco villainess then turned and fled the room, not wanting to be sprayed with the weed control.

Robin then turned and sprayed the plant underneath Miss Patriot’s bed several more times causing it to wither and die. Seeing it brown and dry out, the detective stepped on it, crushing it and then kicking it aside. Robin then knelt down next to Miss Patriot’s form. “Are you ok Miss Patriot?”

“Its ok, you’re safe now.” Robin said. “Lady Skye captured me with her plants and used some sort of mind control pollen on me. That is why I was helping her and led her to you. But it wore off and Lady Skye didn’t realize it and I was able to help you.”

“Thank you….” Miss Patriot groaned weakly and tried to get up.

Robin put her hands on Miss Patriot’s shoulders and pushed the superheroine back down to the bed. “Rest Miss Patriot.” The superheroine did not try to protest but closed her eyes and Robin leaned in to give Miss Patriot a kiss before letting the heroine sleep.
