Shocked at what she has just accidentally done Miss Nolan renews her efforts to climb out of the mud, but somehow the fly of Simon's pants has become attached to her blouse.

As soon as she pulls herself away, the rest of the buttons snap, her shirt hanging wide open and giving everyone a clear view of her bra, her shirt still tugging her down towards the mud and Simon's knees.
