"So, to prevent you from bringing even more shame to our family, I have summoned an old friend..." He gestured to the open door. "I present matron Louisa."

All three girls fell silent as the middle aged woman entered. She'd been their caregiver for their early adolescence. The king had given her full freedom to discipline the princesses as she saw fit, and she used those freedoms to the fullest. She had given the girl's many spankings, time outs, and harsh and sometimes humiliating chores, all the while training them to be proper little ladies. Since Glenda had grown older the matron had retired, though apparently the king kept her quite close.

She was an stern, tall half elf, with a firm face, yet an undeniable stern beauty. Glenda found her just intimidating as she had in youth, and even the older princesses found themselves a bit intimidated by the commanding woman. No one knew how old she was, though with her elven blood she could have been serving the Goldblood line for generations.

"Dear matron, my youngest seems to have forgotten the lessons you taught her as a child." The King said. "Would you mind giving her a refresher course in discipline she so sorely needs?"

"It would be my pleasure lord." Louisa said, a bit of a smile darting across her face. The king left the four girls alone.
