Maria needed proof for her dare. Now Haley has it.

Maria, despite being 21, isn't quite the brightest girl on the planet. Dared to destroy the church, she had to have proof or it could have been a freak accident. That's where I come in. Having been a part of her cellphone when she recorded her proof, Maria inadvertently gave me all of the proof that I need. Copying the data to an email, all I need is a title to prove my point.

I KNOW WHAT YOU DID. Perfect. Slightly ominous but still capable of grabbing attention. She'd be a fool to ignore this video. Now to wait.

[Later that day]

It's exceptionally fun to watch a human when they receive such unpleasant news. Maria, despite being a pale girl by nature, turns almost ghostly when she finally sees the entirety of the video that she herself had recorded. Opening her I.M. program, I begin my job.

"What a fun night you had. Look at the large smile on your face as you spray paint the altar. Bad girl, Maria, very bad girl."

"Who is this?!" Maria typed frantically, her eyes trying to decipher what my username is (Haley's such a common name that it makes the perfect cover). "Where did you get this!"

"Does it truly matter?" I replied, "All that really matters is that I have it and you want it. And through it all there's one question: how bad do you want it?" I could practically feel the oily nature of my words despite the lack of sound. I think I'm a little too good at this.

"What do you want?" Maria asked quickly.

"Very little, Maria. I simply want you to go to the location that I send you." This is the defining moment. If Maria is willing to go to this place (an empty room but a good test), she'll be willing to play. Refusal, and I'll have to play a little dirtier. What will she choose?
