Marcuse learns he may be in over his head

John walked to his room and picked up his clothes not caring that he just mooned the entire staff on the floor he was currently on. After getting dressed and unplugging himself and not giving a damn about checking himself out or all that damn paperwork left the hospital.

"Now that is what I call an exit" John stopped and turned to the origin of the voice that decided to interrupt his rage-fueled exit from the hospital to see the man in the 3 piece suit.

"I remember you, your the guy who found me and gave me this card lets see if I still have it oh yes here we go "Marcuse Daemon" funny name but then I have heard worse" John turned back towards home again.

"Whoa there sunny Jim I feel you and I can be of service to one another after all unless I am completely mistaken you did just use demonic energy to heal yourself and launch a nice doctor through a window not 10 minutes ago did you not?"

John once again stopped and turned to face Marcuse "What do you mean demonic energy? I am not a demon I used my will to stand again and I am gonna will myself home and deal with some unfinished business".

John stood where he was and thought of what had transpired in the last 30 minutes could he really have used demonic energy and if that was true that would make him half demon at the most but his mother didn't seem the demonic sort she cared, she loved but he never did know his father could it be that his mother had actually had sex with a demon and then had him.

"Those answers you're looking for are easily found if you have the right kind of help and I am willing to provide that help if you so desire just give me a ring," said Marcuse. Marcuse was about to phase out when he felt a dagger at his throat from behind. Marcuse hadn't felt anyone behind him and he knew there couldn't have been he was against a wall than who.

"I ask the questions here fancy man" Marcuse looked back into the red eyes of his own shadow while it was his shadow a new energy had been added to it a new demonic energy which gave it a half-life.
