Manually control a golem and drive it down.

Taylor touches an adequate golem and focuses, pushing a trinkle of mana into the golem. It shudders and gently stands. With some sheer **** of will, Taylor controls it through the mana connection, to pick {if female = 1}her{else}him{endif} up and walk him down the stairs. Controlling it is clumsy, but effective enough for moving around.
The ride is difficult but its much easier than traversing the stairs {if female = 1}herself{else}himself{endif}.

Once at the bottom, Taylor could see what was making the noise, a small band of 8 goblins had taken residency there, and they were none too pleased at Taylor's arrival with the golem, banishing crude spears and axes. Already charging Taylor as the golem descended the final step.
