Maia is approached by a familiar face

Maia walked through the halls, passing through a hallway lined with hundreds of portraits many of which depicted humans. As she walked deeper and deeper into the hallway, Maia started seeing names that felt stranger and stranger to her. "Esrin Callei, Iqi the Windseige, Mil Anzringa, Roq McSplozin. Who are they, why haven't I ever heard of them, why are their portraits hanging up in the Guildhall, and most importantly, where the hell am I?"

"Hiya!" a strange, familiar voice calls out from behind her. "I can answer the last question. Maia turned around to see a girl behind her. As Maia stood in a paralyzing mix of shock and confusion, the girl closed the distance between them. "I was really hoping to see you around again. I think we might have some things to talk about." Maia regained sense, shock fading and confusion quickly clearing. Unfortunately for Maia, her body had reacted on instinct and began eyeing up the blonde girl. The girl was simply adorable, with her wavy blonde hair, baby blue eyes and her bright smile. Her body was all perky curves in her yellow sundress, curves that Maia didn't quite appreciate in their earlier encounter.

"Anyway..." The blonde drained on, seeing that her audience was now captive. "I'm Inniv, a Seer grade MV-Ri. Nice to meet'tcha. As to where you are, I believe it's called the Hall of Heros and it's in a hard to reach section of the hall. Mostly though, it's just a place that people don't come to; a place for a private chat." Despite the mildly sinister undertones to her words, a wide smile and upbeat expression never left her face.

Maia, having recollected her self, was done with being shocked. Calmly, she responded. "Nice to meet you Inniv. You likely already know, but I'm Maia and it's um, very nice to meet you". Her words strived to chivalrous but, based on the look on Inniv's face, seemed to land closer to 'awkward and creepy'. "Hmm" Inniv put a finger to her temple, exhaling a shallow breath.

"You are really lucky you are so hot." Maia blushed.

"I brought you here mostly to see how you feel about what we did at graduation day. Not any of the specifics obviously, but the idea in general. Can I ask you a few personal questions?"

Thinking about their previous encounter made Maia feel warm, feel comfortable. She gave Inniv a nod, indicating for her to continue.

"Fantastic! I just know you're going to do great" Inniv said excitedly, giving Maia a quick wink, "First question. Would you say that you are here to chase your own dreams, or to help others achieve theirs?"
