Lunge at her with your knife

You rush toward her yourself and try to stab her head. You both stumble over each other you kick her away. You reach for your knife and stab her in the head. After that's over you throw the carcass outside do it won't stink up the house.

"Thank you so much" Sally says. "I think you've earned some rest, ill give you a room to sleep in then ill call you over and cook a big feast for you, it'll give you time to meet my 2 daughters" she says. You eagerly accept her offer and she takes you too your room where you take some long needed rest.
