Luna is approached by a Patron Deity

Time slowed to a crawl, Luna wasn't sure if it was because she was finally dying or not, but this line of thought was quickly proven false however, as a figure mostly obscured by radiant light approached her, the circle of demons warping and distorting as she did so.

Then everything went white.

Luna could no longer see, but she could hear very well. "If you desire vengeance against those that have done you wrong... If you would see those that have destroyed your people destroyed in turn then I shall grant you the knowledge and power to do so." She stated and Luna was about to open her mouth to agree, but she found no words would come.

Instead she heard the voice speak once more. "This is an act of benevolence, but it does not come without price. You will be in my debt for the foreseeable future." The voice paused for naught but a moment. "You must bring me the souls of more demons if you wish to gain more knowledge, however, if you should lose your life I will take you, body, mind, and soul, and mold you into something new as I see fit instead." She said with a tone of finality. "My terms have been offered... Do you still wish to have your vengeance?" The owner of the voice asked.

Luna weighed her options, she could pact with this entity and take her ****, but would it be worth it in the end? She asked herself. "Would the sense of satisfaction last after I wiped all of these monsters from this place?" Luna thought idly as the figure, a stunningly beautiful creature of the Fey hovered before her as the blinding white faded, and time began to speed up once more. "You haven't the time to weigh your options." She said as she struggled to maintain her presence amid so many strong demons. "The Demon Lord is repelling me and when he does I cannot guarantee what will happen to you Wolf-Kin, Child of the Moon." She said firmly as her form flickered away but returned soon after.

Luna had to make her choice and make it fast.
