Lord Dagos

He is the lord of the land in which your guild is built and demands payments from you in order to live there. He is able to do this by threats of burning down your guild in the night before any forces cpuld arive to stop him if word got to the duke. Dagos is an evil and fat man who hordes riches and food in his manor while his people struggle to get by. There will be many calls for aid by the villagers to help them get food or pay their taxes. Events will take place that involve Lord Dagos interfering in guild work by messing with your heronies and hiring you to do his dirty work if you let him. It will be possible to overthrow him, but it will require a lot of work as you'll actively work to get rid of him over a series of missions or, upon completing all of his normal events, he dies of a heart attack.
