Looking at other ships.

Serris decides to look around at the other ships present. Perhaps others have been scooped up with their ships, and maybe some even know a thing or two about what's going on.

There were some other human ships, but all of them were hanging open with no signs of a pilot. She wandered farther, finding the same everywhere. After a while, she became intrigued by all the different vessels around. She curiously eyed them trying to make sense of the cockpits, or tell living quarters from storage space.

At one point she climbed up a ramp, finding a bare roof. She looked curiously at the top of the ship until a door opened under her, dropping her into water. A cloudly blue tint filled the inside as she swam around the ship. When she was done looking, she returned to where the trap door was, but didn't see any controls or switches that would open it. She banged on the door, and felt around it, but nothing seemed to work. She tried switches and buttons she saw around her. She saw lights flick on or off, consoles change color, even an engine hum to life, but nothing would open the door. Her panicked fiddling of controls stopped as she froze, shaking as she drifted to the floor.

She started to curl up as she wondered how long she would be trapped in there. Just as she'd settled in, there was a ray of light as the door opened above her. She quickly jumped, floating to the opening. As she reached for the side, the iris door closed around her waist. it opened back a moment later, and Serris struggled to get out as the door kept trying to close, snapping back open each time it bumped into her.

Serris laid down on top of the alien ship. She had enough exploring of ships for now. She stayed a few moments to recover while she thought what her next move would be.
