Background: Doctor Aiko Katsuragi (widow after doctor Katsuragi), accidentally subscribed Eiji Miya’s son wrong medicine – that caused his ****. She was charged with unintentional ****, but before the hearing she escaped with both of her daughters. Eight years has passed since then.

Notes: Employer will pay additional 1000 ₵, if she will bereft of any support, the community she lives in might provide. He wants to be sure that there will be no positive opinion or support from her neighbours during the hearing. Should capture be impossible, client will be satisfied with enforcing of good old Hammurabi code.

Background: Commander Rieri Bishop is a member Universal Federation military forces. Since there's a war between her country and Notterr Republic and she showed to be competent on the battlefield, it's no surprise that there's a bounty on her head.

Notes: Trained in command and combat, she excels as an investigator. She is often accompanied by her second in command Naomi Evans – her childhood friend.

Private Intel: It seems that Notterr Republic wants to brainwash her. That way she would work as their mole in Universal Federation military forces.

Background: Naomi Evans is an officer in Universal Federation military forces and often serves as an bodyguard of Rieri Bishop.

Notes: Had military training, skilled in martial combat. As all officers of Universal Federation, has a bounty on her head. Since she did not preform any extraordinary feats, her bounty is standard 500 ₵.

Constituent: Shinra company.

Background: Tifa Lockhart is member of AVALANCHE - an eco-terrorist insurgent group. She is known to have taken part in destruction of reactor of Shinra company – an act of terrorism that destroyed entire sector of city and claimed lives of countless civilians.

Notes: Skilled in melee combat.

Private Intel: Gangster Don Corneo also offers a reward for her capture.

Constituent: World Government.

Background: Robin Nico is notorious pirate and assassin. She is famous for having a bounty on her head at tender age of 12, since the Ohara massacre.

Notes: Highly skilled and dangerous. There are not many people alive who survived fight against her.

Private Intel: It seems that World government seeks her for the knowledge she posses and ability to read ancient language. They hope to rediscover some old weapons with her.
