Lock her up

Thomas waited a couple of minutes then stopped time again. He went and found Billie in a stall in the ladies room. The door was locked, so he had to climb over the top to get in. Once in he looked at Billie. Her dress was bunched up around her waist, and she had been desperately trying to get her thumbs into the waistband of the diaper. She had a pained look on her face.

Thomas unlocked the stall and stripped Billie down to her diaper and shoes. He picked her up and carried her into the men's room. He put her on her knees in front of one of the urinal and took a pair of handcuffs and cuffed her wrists to the pipes above one of the urinals. He retrieved her panties and stuffed them into her mouth.

He left Billie and went back to the throng of photographers as the next celebrity took the red carpet.

The next celebrity was JoJo Levesque.
