Literally nothing
When the naked Laura looked down she saw nothing, literally nothing. She couldn't see her body and only saw the gray, colored carpet. So it was perfect natural for the college girl to freakout by screaming. She checked in her bathroom to see herself in the mirror the only things Laura could see was the tiled tanned colored walls and the towels hanging.
It dawned at Laura that she's invisible for some reason meaning that she couldn't go to classes, or worse...the poor girl couldn't masterbate! Oh how tragic as Laura thought to herself.
