Life at home.

The drive home seemed to take for ever but I made it and luckily my family was in the back yard so I ran to my room then jumped into the shower.

When I got out my dad asked me what I did today and told me I had chores to do and I should have waited to shower.

Dinner went on as it always does mom and dad praising my siblings, my older sister Samantha talking about how amazing her dancing is and how she is doing so well In college even though she still busses tables and almost never dances. They of course told her how perfect she was..

My older brother Greg mumbled in between eating about how he's the second manager at Aco and they cheered him on, even though he wasted seven years at a business collage. Then turned to me and asked me what I have done lately.

"Well the kids I'm teaching are really improving at swimming and I'm doing really well at the community college."

I said with a smile and tried to look proud.

The room was silent and I only reacived a chuckle from my sister, a "that's nice dear" from my mom, a blank stare from my brother who I think was looking at my chest, and finally a "well you should be doing more then just that if you live under my roof" from my father.

"Dad I work all day then go to school, I also clean around the house all the time and sometimes make dinner" I paused and looked down at my food. "What more could I do?"

"Spend less time with your useless boyfriend!" was his only response.

After a few moments of silence my mom told dad to be good and then my sister started talking about herself again and how beautiful and skinny she was. I felt like horrible and useless but it wasn't all bad since I got three packages in the mail and a text from james as I was in my room on face book.
