"For as radical activist as you are, i didn't knew that you liked to follow the rules so much", Tasha said jokingly.

"Well, that's because we need to make both our cause and methods legitimate, otherwise they are going to think we are just using it as an excuse to show off our bodies", Susana argued.

"Then in that case let's go to the town hall", Amy added in.

Flash fowards two hours at the town hall.

"Sorry girls, but i can't allow you to do a naked protest", said the mayor.

"Why not, if you allowed that topless protest a month ago ?", Commented Carla.

"Yes, i did allowed it, but that's because there were using their freedom of speech", the mayor replied.

"And why that doesn't apply to us ?", asked Amy.

"That's because the court found out that bare breasts aren't inherently sexual, so they weren't prohibited in the basis of indecent exposure, but in your case it does", the mayor explained.

"C'mon, are you sure that silly law still applies here ?", Susana replied.

"Yes it does, and i will show it to you", the mayor said as he went to the town hall library to search for the lawbook.

"Here, at page 98 it says...WHAT?", exclamed the mayor, as he couldn't find any law in the book explicitly banning public nudity.

"Well, it looks like you found a legal loophole girls, so just for this time, i'll allow you to do your nude protest", the mayor admited.

"Great, now that we won't get in trouble for this, what should we do next ?", asked Carla as the girls exited the town hall.
