A call went out to the other regions Cirous where the fairies live to seek extra assistance in protecting Erthrok and well as placing a high alert on the dangers that have fallen recently. Others in the Alliance had received the call to arms. Hearing the Elves and the dwarves also were having issues was disconcerting. Humans had agreed on the call, but didn’t have any issues the others had been having.

Rose Beamtree wore a lime green corset to signify rebirth and growth for the fairies. She had not one scratch in the battle that others had received. Her knowledge on and off the battlefield allowed her to be an elite fairy that is suited for the upcoming meeting.

She is to meet with her mother Meadow Beamtree before leaving, but wanted to seek before hand her lover. She hadn’t heard if she had fallen or if she still stands after three nights ago episode with the vampires.

No trace of vampires or pterosaurs in that time meant they were building up for an attack. Fairies themselves felt the pain of the fight and not only healed, but prepared traps around the forest to detect and prevent more onslaught. A wing for a wing the vampires and fairies traded blows that set both beings back.

Scouting the medical room to see fairies with all sorts of issues some lost their wings, others lost a limb, and some were on the verge of ****. Medical staff scurried around from patient to patient doing whatever they could to heal everyone that could be healed. Wings and limbs were easy to grow back to full health, but a lost of a life is too much to bear after what they all went through.

“Rose” a soft whisper behind Rose speaks. Rose turns around inspecting the female patient that she had walked by. Focusing on who this lady is Rose turned from skeptical to great warmth knowing her lover had survived the battle after all.

Rushing over to her side and grabbing her left arm. She leans in to give her lover a quick peck on the lips. Rose worried and relieved at the same time begins to shed tears “Apple Thyme how are you?”

With a weak cough Apple grabs the glass of water by her bedside to take a sip. Wanting to place it back Rose grabbed it and helped her wanting to here from her. Apple swallowed the water before talking in a soft tone “Always the strong one, Rose, the medics say that I will make a swift recovery soon.” Rose takes a look under her lovers sheets to see the bandages covering her entire mid-section all the way down to her upper thighs. Her wings flickered green underneath her showing the healing process within was indeed working.

Rose placed the sheets back down and turned back to face her lover “It seems you are healing did they say how long you would be in here?”

Apple coughs heavily this time sitting up even due to the pressure it created before settling down to talk once more “A couple weeks maybe less.”

Rose eyes shed tears seeing her old friend so badly damaged. She was happy to know that she was healing and would eventually make a comeback. Not daring to mention to her at this time she would be leaving for meetings with the Alliance. Could not allow her friend to worry about her when she is in so much pain as it is. Kissed her on the forehead “Get well, my love.” Rose walks away with renewed focus on giving the dinosaurs and the vampires hell for what they have put her and the fay folks into.
