Leave the Lab

It was all too strange. Thomas backed out of the passageway, and returned to the laundry room. He slid the panel back in front of the opening, and walked away from exploring it further.

Later, several women, all of them beautiful, vanished from the building. It was a big mystery, and all the residents were questioned. Thomas was also, but he knew nothing about what was going on. Several months later, he decided to check on the passageway again, but he found that the panel that had been loose was now secure--in fact, he could not budge it in the least.
