"Alright, I guess it might be cool to work with you", you tell her as her smile widens.

"Yay! yeah, I mean... you'll probably be delivering since most of the inside staff are girls, but it'll still be fun. Plus I can drive you to work!", she walks away into another room"

Kookies has their own delivery cars, bright pink smart cars with the logo on the side. It might be embarrassing driving one of those cars around, but the tips are probably good, and you are hard up for cash, right?

Jess walks back in the room with her cellphone to her ear, plopping down beside you. "Yep, unhuh.... OK! Well, one of my best friends is looking for a job. Start right away? Yeah... Tomorrow? Alright Thanks Boss!", she looks at me and nods.

"See you tomorrow Jenna, Thanks again!", Jess hangs up and stares at me. "OK, you start tomorrow. Jenna, My boss is hard up for new employees. I like my job though, so John, promise you won't make me look bad?"

You nod and smile.

"Alright, thanks! Sooo..... when was the last time you ate? You look like your going to shrivel up out of existence dummy", She takes your hand and pulls you up from the couch, you quickly check to see if you still have a boner. Thankfully it's settled.

Jess pulls you towards her kitchen. "We better feed you then, can't start a new job on an empty stomach"

Jess spends a bit of time making a casserole out of pasta and some old chicken. It only takes a bit and you two chat the whole time about TV shows, music, and the time you both ate weed brownies and got locked out of you houses so you had to sleep in the park.

Good times... the two of you eat, Jess packs you some leftovers and even throws some random snacks and such she probably wouldn't eat in the bag. Walking you out of the house you think about how amazing she is, and how she'll be an amazing wife someday.

Actually, you wonder why she's still single? Jess is perfect, but never really dated much the whole time you've known her.

As you walk out you feel a smack to your bottom. "Ouch, what the...!", you shout.

"Rest up bud, I'll pick you up at 10am, you better be ready, Okay?"

You smile and nod. "Thanks Jess, what would I do without you?", you say as you start walking home for the night.

"You'd be dead I bet! Love you John, Goodnight!", she shouts from her small porch.

Love? Hmmm... weird. You love her too, but... you've never said it. Love like a brother? or?

Your mind wanders and before you know it your home. In your PJ's and laying in bed.

You better get to sleep... Or!?
