You decide that you just keep trying, she's gotta break eventually... right?

An hour later, you're still trying, but you're getting discourage cause now she won't even respond to you. You tried every one liner in the book, every compliment, every conversation starter, everything! She wouldn't take the bait no matter what it was. In the middle of thinking of just giving up, you see her get up, grab her stuff, and leave. "Aw come on, leaving already?" You say in desperation to get her to pay attention to you. It doesn't work... You feel you're heart break a little as you can do nothing but watch her leave. "Don't feel too bad about it buddy, things aren't always gonna work out. I'd give ya an 'A' for effort" says the otter bartender. "Thanks... I guess" you say somberly, still feeling upset. "Hey, come on man, cheer up. How about a drink, huh? On the house, my treat" she offers.
