Keep moving

Best to stick by yourself, you are naked after all, after walking a bit faster than before, the voices disappear and you’re on your lonesome again. After what feels like hours walking the bank of this river, you spot a weird rubber broken circle. It almost looks like it could be a collar, but it’s not closed. You’re a bit of a nosey person, and you wanna figure out exactly what it is, you pick it up. While inspecting it, you notice it starts to move very subtly. Before you can discern what it is, it jumps at your neck!! With a snap it’s shut around your neck with a firm tightness to it.
